Well, time flies so fast! I didn’t notice that in a year from now I already have a teenager nephew! Whoahh! The contradictory part is I’m gettin’ older. Hate it! But of course, gettin’ older but yummier! Haha! Seriously, I was bit a surprised a while back this morning when I had a short conversation through Skype with my eldest nephew and ask me to buy him Overloud Guitars for their upcoming cultural show at school. Is that serious? I ask and he humbly answers me Yes Tito. Oh! Tito is a word used in Philippines for Uncles.

Goin’ back to that guitar thing, I couldn’t imagine how time flies and I just realized that if not because of that music instrument he ask from me I wouldn’t know that his not a baby anymore. Sigh… Anyway, good thing about buying him the said instrument was he is into music. I mean, he loves music ever since when he was young. I could still remember when the song of Martin Nievera (Local Artist in Philippines) is playing on the radio he was trying to imitate the every single worlds of the song. He even scream out loud just to let us now that his singing! Cute little ones.

For sure, I’ll buy him the best guitar he loves besides haven’t given anythin’ for him in several years. See you soon nephew dear!

I know its still very soon but time flies so fast and I’m counting the days. Oh! You guys might don’t have an idea what I mean. I’m actually excited of goin’ home soon. So plans has been set already and one of the major thing to do is to renovate my old home. A home where I have build-up my dream. A home where I was taught and molded into a person I am now. Thanks to my parents and to the rest of my siblings who in one way nurture and show me the best of everything wherever life’s takes us.

Going back to that renovation thing, I’m actually planning to buy basement carpet tiles so as to use for our basement area. It’s been almost 25 years that the said portion of our house was not given a higher priority due to financial crisis and there’s so much things to prioritize than the said subject. But now I guess, its about time to give it a break and change a bit more besides its too old and it needs renovation even before.

But as of now, still have to wait a little bit as I want to solely process it by myself and check every angle of the said place. I’ve actually talked to my dad to ask for quotations in basement carpet tiles from the local provider but if he could not find a better one I might consider online buying hopefully. Wish us luck!

I mean, without any help you need to fixed all those things in their new area so you’ll have a brighter space likewise for you to have an organized resting place. But can you actually do it alone? Well, as far as I know everybody can do the job of cleaning the house and transferring things from one place to the other but I guess, furniture wheels would be a great idea as well if your doing so. So that you can easily moved your furniture’s from time to time if your on the process of re-arranging your house belongings.

Nonetheless, there were several options and things to consider as well if your planning to re-arrange your house furniture’s and appliances and one of those is time and mood. Yes! You need to have an enough time to essentially fulfill your goal of house arrangement ’cause if your not in the mood of re-arranging those definitely your wasting your time instead. So, if I were you plan ahead of time before you act.

We all know about Reading, ‘Riting, and ‘Rithmetic to help our children learn in school. But, the new Three Rs are just as important—Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce—to help our children learn to take care of the environment.

Learning to care for the world around us is a good lesson for children. Model the Three Rs at home to help your children and the environment. Try the following ideas from the Kids’ Pages of theNational Institute of Environmental Health Sciences to help your kids recycle.

Recycle

Don’t throw away anything that can be recycled. Check with your sanitation department or waste service to find out what you can recycle from your home and what you’ll have to take to other sites.

Think before you throw away these items:

Acid batteries Oil Aluminum cans Paint Building materials Paper Cardboard Plastic bags Chemicals Plastic bottles Electronic equipment Steel cans Glass bottles/jars Appliances Lead Wood Magazines Writing/copy paper Newspaper Yard waste

Reuse

Think reusable, not disposable, when you buy. When driving, take along washable cups or travel mugs. Many restaurants and convenience stores will fill or refill your own mug.

Remember, many plastic disposables—including cups, plates, utensils, and food storage bags—can be washed and reused.

Think repair, not replace, and donate items that you are replacing, such as appliances and old bicycles. Charitable outlets like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and many others are probably located right in your area.

Hold a yard sale or give away items you no longer use. Shop at yard sales or other outlets for “gently used” items to see if you can’t find what you need before buying new.

Use cloth instead of paper—cloth bags for shopping, cloth napkins at your table, and cloth diapers for baby.

Reduce

Buy in larger volumes to reduce the amount of waste from packaging. The “large economy size” can save you money and has only one package to dispose of, not two or three.

When you buy only one or two items at the store, say “no” to a paper or plastic bag to hold them.

Say “no” to junk mail. Call toll-free numbers in unwanted catalogs and ask to be removed from mailing lists. When possible, use the Internet for paying bills and reading the news, catalogs, and other information.

Start a garden to get food that isn’t processed and packaged. Compost biodegradable waste to create rich soil for your garden and to cut down on trash.

Resources:

NIEHS Kids’ Page. This site from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is filled with tips to help kids and families recycle, reuse, and reduce what they throw away each day.

Recycle City. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides lots of information for families. The Dumptown Game is designed for older children, but clicking on parts of the city is fun and provides tips for you and your child.

The Recycle Guys. The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources offers things to learn about recycling and fun activities. Just click on “Why Recycle?” or “Kids” to find recycle crafts and great ideas.

Planet Protector (PDF). What can you do with a glass jelly jar after you’ve finished the jelly? The EPA has a special coloring book to show kids some uses for that jelly jar.

Eating those nutritious foods which is rich in vitamins and minerals is highly recommended for each of us simply because our body needs to be take cared for us to have a healthy living ’cause if not we will end up to have a weak immune system that could just easily adopt those illnesses around us.

Eventually, browsing through right here in the web I found one interesting topic which will somehow help us identify that we really need to take care of our health. It talks about mesothelioma disease. Did you guys has an idea what mesothelioma means? Did you know how cronic it is can definitely kill people? I guess, some of you might be new to the said disease and some might be aware. Well, to give a short information as to what does it mean mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is almost always caused by previous exposure to asbestos. Asbestos is a natural material that is made of tiny fibers which can cause several serious diseases, including cancer.

Be that as it may, regular check-ups and personal consultation with your family doctors is indeed crucial in order to avoid serious diseases. So, if all of you are concerned enough in your health and if ever you want to leave a longer life then be responsive to the needs of your body. Who knows mesothelioma is already within us. No one knows so be proactive!

Do anyone of you here needs to have a new set of lightings for your vacation house? Or what about for your common house? Are you one of those people who been searching a reliable provider of lightings? Well, if you do better take sometime now to browse the web and look for an exceptional lighting providers in your area. Make sure that they are one of the leading provider who also had an online support just in-case you have some other concerns.

Anyhow, considering a local providers on Hinkley lighting is also recommend if you think its best for your needs. Besides, its a matter of choice. It could be purchasing online or local buying up to you. As long as you’ll have all the support you need on setting up the lightings as well.

But I guess, purching online is also ideal rather than local buying ’cause you know why? Online store on lightings has a huge variety of choices were you can choose depending on the design and type you want. Just make sure that it surely fit on the space of your ceiling. Aside from that, one factor to consider on buying online is the reliablity of the company and support they can offer you as you consider to buy from them. So, be vigilant as possible as you can.
