What’s great about health and life is I’m able to do certain things and explore beyond. What do I mean about that? Well, I’m not a musculine guy or those guys you’ll see who do have those muscles there exposing to somebody else in the beach though honestly I fancy those body. I’m on my way to that. As of now, I been managing my diets by following this top 10 weight loss tips as for the past few months I totally gain weight due to the opportunity to eat those food I love. Well, I guess eating is not crime so I ate what I want.

But recently, I came to a point when I look at myself at the mirror, I see those ugly tummy lying down my waist. Ughh… I can’t carry it. I need to have a change. A change that something that will somehow give me the courage to take of my shirt in the public and show those six pack abs..lol.. Seriously, I just wanted to get rid those belly fats and obtain the body mass index that suits on me. As you know, I’m not getting any younger and just while back this week I turn 1 year older from last year. So, I have to look at my healthy lifestyle and to change a bit. But no one can stop me from eating those food I love but of course, its had a limitation already. Wish me luck!

I’m actually searching over here around the city and I’ve found some local providers but sad to say that they offer much from what I expect and the quality of the mattress is not that really good. So, I’ve decided check the web and look for mattress sale through those popular search engines out there. Glad to say that I’ve found several provider but I decide to pick one whom I think  has a great package including the delivry and set-up.

By the next couple of days probably it’ll arrived on my new flat. Wish me luck guys on my new home. A new chapter and a new beginning…

So, since I got my salary by next week I am planning to offer my Dad his favorite cigars as my post valentines for him. He is actually far from me. As he was in my native country Philippines and I am here in the other part of the globe specifically in Middle East. But despite that I have a lot of options to send this gift to him. It could be my courier or by a friend who will be home next week.

To you Dad, thank you for being the best Dad in the world. There’s no amount of words could ever explains who much I thank you for upbring me and teaching the best thing that I have to know. You and Mom is indeed one of the best parents and amazing parents in the world. I may not keep saying those word onto you most of the time but through this occasions let me utter those words you seldom hear from me. I may not that so expressive on my feelings but God knows, you both are treasured here in my heart. I Love You both…

But now, I am suffering! Uhgg.. I really don’t know why? As far as my health is concerned, I don’t eat too much fatty foods, nuts and even sleep at night earlier than the usual scenarious I had back before. But still acne in my chest and back is pretty growing. Sigh… I even ask my Mom and Dad if acne is common in our family tree and yes in Dad’s side they got acne problems but not as severe as I had.

Oh! Well, maybe I guess I should consider acne products already. It might help. What do you think? What about consulting a skin doctor? Which one should I have to do? I know both are recommended but if I go to the doctor it will definitely cost me much and if I consider acne products directly do you think it will subside in no time? I need your opinions guys. Please do help me out, Thanks!

Even if snow is not visible in this place I’m still thankful to the fact that I could still feel the spirit of winter season where most people are wearing sweaters, jackets and some other forms of winter clothings just to cover their body from cold breeze if the wind. In fact, I spot some people in this place are wearing jackets already during mornings.

Oh! Probably I can only use my new bought sweaters when I got back here early next year as I’ll be home early on December in God’s time to celebrate Christmas and New Year with family, friends and relatives. Well, no worries ’cause for sure I can still enjoy winter season when I came back soon ’cause as far as I knew it will end up on February next year I guess. Wish me luck everyone!
