We’re a week into the fully-fledged web existence of Abu Dhabi Week – something near 1,500 pages of toil, sweat and tears over the last few months, and its not finished yet. We aren’t stopping there, of course: there’s already a long list of tweaks and extras for Phase Two, and a bit further down the road there’s Phases Three, Four, and more. But we’re quite pleased with what we got.

How about you? We’re keen to hear some feedback about what works for you and what doesn’t, what other things you want on the web, how we can make it more useful.

One of the directions we’re contemplating is to beef up the listings section and make it more of an online Yellow Pages style directory of everything that’s available for sale or rent in Abu Dhabi. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate all (and occasionally any) of the places you might need.

That certainly fits our view of the difference between Abu Dhabi Week on paper and Abu Dhabi Week online – the magazine is intended as an entertaining and informative read such like where you can the best deals on apartments, clothings, modern sofas, job hunting, and some other thins that human wants but it’s not designed for long-term reference. The website is a more appropriate place for comprehensive listings, not least because we’ve got the (cyber) space for them on thr web.

Talking of space, we can also put up different kinds of information – stuff that we would struggle to fit into the paper version. So you can expect a lot more what’s on details, more upcoming sports dates and time, and so on.

“A” PRIORITY Very important work by which you are measured in your job. Generally this work has to be completed that day and any delay has to be avoided. “A” Priority work is top priority work.

“B” PRIORITY Less important work that is related to your job but generally the work can be delayed if necessary and delay would not have serious consequences.

“C” PRIORITY Non-important work which does not affect your measurement directly and generally this work can be delayed, deferred, scrapped, screened out, or delegated to assistants. “C” Priority work is your lowest priority work.

“X” PRIORITY This refers to work that arises as an immediate demand, emergency or crisis and which requires handling by you. “X” Priority work interrupts your day and requires some sort of action on your part. The sort of action you give it will be “A B C” Priority as above. Therefore:

“AX” Very important – immediate action by you.

“BX” Less important – action which can be delayed or slightly delegated.

“CX” Non-important and should be delegated.

This was actually most of the time I used to follow at work to achieve the time management matrix I did for myself. Hope you guys will also take a look at this one and try to apply it on your self too. Okay! That’’s it for now ’cause I still have to check an over the counter sleep aids as I am running out of time. My friend was actually asking me to help her find this one as he needs it for his report by this coming sunday at work for his safety awareness presentation. Enjoy the article everyone!

Do you know that? Well probably I guess, everybody knows it except to those people who doesn’t even care for their own future. People who seem to be so irresponsible in which even their own selves they could not manage to get a life. Well, pity on them. Just do hope that they will realized to set their priorities and have some courage to fulfill their realizations.

Eventually, as fas as I am concert, their are some people who prefers to be self-employed than working in a public nor private sectors. Basically because, they are those people who think that they can do better by their own selves rather than working to those stressful work in a company will in fact, they can achieve their goals even if their not working to those existing companies.

Furthermore, to be a self-employed individual is better than working in an illegal business which will definitely put you in danger if you won’t quite to those types of job. Why did I say so? ‘Cause absolutely, we cannot deny the very fact that even if how concern we are to do such good things still there are people who do such illegal acts. This are those people who didn’t even care for everybody’s sake. They just care about their selves. Too bad! Well, I just do hope that they won’t be caught by anybody ’cause if so, that would be the period of their life. Anyway, just wondering if you guys might be interested to this motorhome towing I’ve found earlier.

Have you ever thought or dreamed of sailing around the world – alone? Or, have you dreamed of walking in the space, running for high political office, winning the sweepstakes jackpot prize, having a remarkable accomplishments or being awarded a Nobel Prize? If you have ever dreamed or aspired to accomplish any of these difficult tasks or any of million others the human mind can dream – then you are alive. You are a thinking human being, an individual who is physically, emotionally and spiritually alive, for dreams are the deepest expression of creative potential within the human spirit.

A dream is the creation of an idea which develops within a courageous human mind; and it is like a seed. If a seed is carefully planted at the appointed time in fertile soil, and nurtured with proper amounts of water and sunlight, it will spring to life and flower to maturity. All men who have sucked the breath of life have carried a dream in their minds and hearts, but most dreams have fallen too early or too late in the season of life, or on sterile minds and cold hearts, or most often have through discouragement or fear. A man with a dream is a man with promise. Whoever in pursuit of a dream is somebody who is alive?

All dreams, however, like every great and noble aspiration which has flashed in the human mind, are difficult to achieve. Pietro Metasio, an 18th century author and dreamer wrote: “Every noble acquisition is attended with its risks; he who fears to encounter the one must not expect to obtain the other.” Two opposing but mysteriously interrelated human emotions are fear and courage.

It is not the fear of the unknown, of our own ability and competence, which creates challenge and tests our willingness to say, I can? And, is it not that ensuing drive to meet the test which generates courage, which in turn, is our source of strength to conquer fear and meet challenge? These two elements are always present in any great dream or aspiration. If, however, fear suffocates our dreams we surely will fail; if courage sterilizes fear we will die; but, if a proper mixture permeates our quest we will succeed. It therefore takes courage to dream, for successful dreamers are not weak men, nor are they fool. Only those able to overcome fear and difficulties will experience the full and splendid delight of human existence. Go for your quest – if you dare, and you will grasp the most profound insight of all – the power and unlimited potential of the human spirit.

Think about it peps! As I am too! Anyway, you guys might be interested too to this southpark dentist I’ve found earlier this day! Check it out for your teeth problems! Enjoy the weekend!

Granted that we are a degree holder of specific fields still we could not really say 100% sure that we can find a job as possible as we can. Remember, competitions between applicant personnel for a specific post is pretty high. Aside from that, companies standards for applicants nowadays is advance already. Which means to say that if you are an applicant you should posses qualities that are unique and will prevail among other applicants.

In line with the subject matter, there are several companies nowadays who are considering the expertise of an Executive Search company. This company is basically design to support the needs of those companies who are in need of quality, responsible, and competitive personnel who are determine to invest their knowledge, dedication and service for the company’s general success. For more ideas on executive search and recruitment, head over to the profile page of Dennis C Carey. Also, Dennis Carey can be found here at Korn Ferry.

Nevertheless, if you are among of those people who are searching for job keep in mind that the key to a fruitful job and career is your unique and true personality. Your urgue to learn and explore is the best spice to go beyond.

The open Source of development model of today has its roots in the academic computer science of a decade or more ago. What makes Open Source dramatically more successfully today, however, is the rapid dissemination of information made possible by the Internet. When Watson and Crick discovered the double helix, they could reasonably expect the information to travel from Cambridge to Cal tech in a matter of days, or weeks at most. Today the transmission of such information is effectively instantaneous. Open Source has been born into a digital renaissance made possible by the internet, just as modern science was made possible during the Renaissance by the invention of the printing press. The Middle Ages lacked an affordable information infrastructure. Written works had to be copied by hand at great expense, and hence the information had to have an immediate value attached to it. Trade records, banking transactions, diplomatic correspondence; this information was concise enough and carried enough immediate value to be transmitted. The speculative writings of alchemists, priests, and philosophers- the men who would later be called scientists- took a much lower priority, and hence the information was disseminated much more slowly. The printing press changed all this by dramatically lowering the barriers to entry in the information infrastructure.
