Its been awhile now that I been hunting the market here in UAE looking for a suitable post that will somehow arm me in my path to success. If my mind is still correct I’ve started hunting a new job late last year. Though I actually have a stable career right now in one of the most promising oil and gas industry based in Abu Dhabi but I can’t let the chances pass by without grabbing one of them. I’d actually want a new set of career objectives, new set of people, working environment and definitely a better pay than the compensation I currently received.

Well, to be honest my current company in general provides a great benefits and up to date appraisal but in my case sad to say that I belonged to a department which prefers much on favoritism. I won’t expound the word itself as I guess its a self explanatory subject. Well, to give you a clue my boss prefers much on it. He don’t care much on his subordinates. He don’t even ask if we are satisfied on the pay we get and if we are happy working with him. Anyway, a lot to compromise actually but let it be. As the saying goes, we can never pleased everyone and every people has its own expectations.

As for now, I’ve actually got an ERP Jobs  offer in one of the related industry basically based in Du
bai. Hopefully in the coming days I’ll get the chance of working with those people. Wish me luck guys!

But what was actually the main basis of job hunting? Is it just about to earn a living? What more else do jobs can do in your personal life? Well, there are jobs out there who simply makes your life whole. It may satisfy your day, your week and month as you get your pay. But is it just about that? For some people, maybe the main reason why they look for a job is just about money. But there some people who finds job as their life to the extent they even invest emotions just to capture the best for their jobs. Obviously, they are those workaholic people who love their jobs more than personal gains.

Be at tech jobs or engineering jobs and all other professions, I guess, the bottomline of work is not only about money. People tends to look for a job that suits on them not just because of the pay but as well as the environment itself, colleagues, and as to how the company takes care of them. So, for fresh graduates out there, don’t be too eager to find a job right after you’ve got your diploma’s enjoy every single seconds ’cause everything in the world seems to have its own place and its own time.

The way you talk during interviews and the way you project’ will help those head hunters / interviewers to earn an idea that your capable enough to handle the vacant position they had. Aside from that, keep in mind that interviews is the crucial part of applying for a job. You must be ready and must anticipate on what are the questions they might possibly ask you during the interview in order to avoid mental block.

However, applying for a suitable job you like is a task too so you must focus your mind that even if billions of applicants are attending the pre-screnning you need not to worry and have to relax your self for you to have a better impressions from the interviewee.

Hope this simple tips I have well definitely help you guys are it helps me a lot during interviews I had before. Just trust yourself and your capacity to change the negative part of your being. As long as you have the goal you want to achieve your life will change drastically if you use your mind, knowledge and power.

Eventually, as fas as I am concert, their are some people who prefers to be self-employed than working in a public nor private sectors. Basically because, they are those people who think that they can do better by their own selves rather than working to those stressful work in a company will in fact, they can achieve their goals even if their not working to those existing companies.

Furthermore, to be a self-employed individual is better than working in an illegal business which will definitely put you in danger if you won’t quite to those types of job. Why did I say so? ‘Cause absolutely, we cannot deny the very fact that even if how concern we are to do such good things still there are people who do such illegal acts. This are those people who didn’t even care for everybody’s sake. They just care about their selves. Too bad! Well, I just do hope that they won’t be caught by anybody ’cause if so, that would be the period of their life.
