I was not able to greet him on that day as I was really busy at work even my Mom too I was not able to great her. Oh! Well, what should I supposed to do? I can’t leave my job for a while just to greet them. Besides, even if I greet them late they all knew that I love and care for them that much.

So, since I got my salary by next week I am planning to offer my Dad his favorite cigars as my post valentines for him. He is actually far from me. As he was in my native country Philippines and I am here in the other part of the globe specifically in Middle East. But despite that I have a lot of options to send this gift to him. It could be my courier or by a friend who will be home next week.

To you Dad, thank you for being the best Dad in the world. There’s no amount of words could ever explains who much I thank you for upbring me and teaching the best thing that I have to know. You and Mom is indeed one of the best parents and amazing parents in the world. I may not keep saying those word onto you most of the time but through this occasions let me utter those words you seldom hear from me. I may not that so expressive on my feelings but God knows, you both are treasured here in my heart. I Love You both…

On everything I do.
Even if how hard it is,
I always find a way to pursue.

I tend to ignore
My feelings for you.
But the more I do,
The more I cherished you.

I don’t know why,
As it keep telling me that it is not a lie.
I keep on fighting to what I feel,
As I wanted to get over on this deal.

Time passed by as they watch me grow,
Years had passed as they witness my sorrow.
I never had a chance to be in your arms,
As I always dream to feel the comfort of your warm embrace.

I been to miles away,
To look for my destiny.
But never I find the girl of dreams
As my mind proclaims,
That my feelings for you are still the same.

No, How will I let you know that ” I Love You “…
If you won’t allow me too.
Loving you is the best thing to do.
Though I didn’t receive any feedback on you.

Just do hope and wish that you’ll give me a chance,
And on one day,
I will be in your arms.

Taking a nap in the middle of your HEART.

It’s even tougher when we’re headed in the wrong direction.

One of the incredible abilities of Jesus was to stay on target. His life never got off track. Not once do we find him walking down the wrong side of the fairway. He had no money, no computers, no jets, no administrative assistants or staff; yet Jesus did what many of us fail to do. He kept his life on course.

As Jesus looked across the horizon of his future, he could see many targets. Many flags were flapping in the wind, each of which he could have pursued. He could have been a political revolutionary. He could have been a national leader. He could have been content to be a teacher and educate minds or to be a physician and heal bodies. But in the end he chose to be a Savior and save souls.

Anyone near Christ for any length of time heard it from Jesus himself. “The Son of Man came to find lost people and save them” (Luke 19:10). “The Son of Man did not come to be served. He came to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many people” (Mark 10:45).

The heart of Christ was relentlessly focused on one task. The day he left the carpentry shop of Nazareth he had one ultimate aim—the cross of Calvary. He was so focused that his final words were, “It is finished” (John 19:30).

How could Jesus say he was finished? There were still the hungry to feed, the sick to heal, the untaught to instruct, and the unloved to love. How could he say he was finished? Simple. He had completed his designated task. His commission was fulfilled. The painter could set aside his brush, the sculptor lay down his chisel, the writer put away his pen. The job was done.

Wouldn’t you love to be able to say the same? Wouldn’t you love to look back on your life and know you had done what you were called to do?

The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.” As we look around us and within us and recognize the problems created as we live and interact within the Personality Ethic, we begin to realize that these are deep, fundamental problems that cannot be solved on the superficial level on which they were created. We need a new level, a deeper level of thinking-a paradigm based on the principles that accurately describe the territory of effective human being and interacting-to solve these deep concerns. This new level of thinking is what Seven Habits of Highly Effective People is about.

It’s a principle-centered, character-based, “inside out” approach to personal and interpersonal effectiveness. “Inside out” means to start first with self; even more fundamentally, to start with the most inside part of self-with your paradigms, your character, and your motives. It says if you want to have a happy marriage, be the kind of person who generates positive energy and sidesteps negative energy rather than empowering it. If you want to have a more pleasant, cooperative teenager, be a more understanding, empathic, consistent, loving parent. If you want to have more freedom, more latitude in your job, be a more responsible, a more helpful, a more contributing employee.

If you want to be trusted, be trustworthy. If you want the secondary greatness of recognized talent, focus first on primary greatness of character. The inside-out approach says that private victories precede public victories that making and keeping promises to ourselves precedes making and keeping promises to others. It says it is futile to put personality ahead of character, to try to improve relationships with others before improving ourselves. Okay! That’s it for now ’cause I still have to check this allergy mattress covers for my bed her in Abu Dhabi. This might aid to my problems on several insects here in our flat.

Its weekend! Don’t have any plans but thankful ’cause after a tiring week I can now relax my tired and aching head. Well, I guess its not only me who long for weekends especially those people whose jobs is so hard and requires most of their time at the field or they even don’t have a time for their selves when at work. Good thing about weekends is I can have fun with friends and spent time with my relatives here in Abu Dhabi. I can even check and update all my blogs and finish those pending jobs that needs to be done.

I can check my account on FB and FS, as well as connect with my long lost friends and batchmates back home. I guess, those expat people out there can definitely relate on me if I say that living and working abroad is not an easy step to make. It takes you more courage to pursue it. Why? Simply because you’ll be away from your family, friends and loved-ones. Its not easy to start a life again in a country where did not actually belong. Thought the fact shows that all people can adjust but still its hard and it took you more patience to go along those people you might possibly belong.

But despite all the hardships I feel, I’m so much thankful that I’m here and was given a chance to experience a life way far from my native land. Thanks to my collagues at work, flatmate, new found friends and to my relatives here who in one way help me a lot to earn a living in this foreign country. Okay! That’s it for now ’cause I still have to check a new school furniture for my Mom as she was requesting if I can buy her a new one for her room. FYI, my Mom is a teacher. Thanks everyone! Enjoy your weekend as I’ll enjoy mine.
